Will try to resolve this week. Prize cube lights are not marked. Will need to bring samples to store for replacements. Same for NBA Hoops Floodlight

We can get both lights from betson as far as I know, we should still have the previous PO on the desktop or in the folder on the desktop or worst case scenario we can go back to when we emailed betson last time and do a follow up

I had sent a follow up email to Hiro-san on 8/13/2016
We had actually sent a PO to Mori-san 7/15/2016 for the lights and had not gotten a response

In addition to NBA Hoops and Prize Cubes, the bowling cove lights on the 20+ lanes and some UFO lights are down as well.

Another Bowling cove light is down. Please try and resolve the lights today, as the bowling journalists come tomorrow.

Lights have been out for almost two months now. Derek, can you get a plan of action to resolve this please?

Light order for these games were only recently approved after repeated requests.
They were processed by betson on 8/16/16 and should be here at any time.
Here is what is coming from Betson:
Hot Shot Basketball
FT40DL Flood Light – 801674-1 x1
NBA Hoops
Flood Light – B82023 x1
Prize Cube
Playfield Light – 02-9176-00 x12

Hotshot ballast is bad per Stephen 8/21/16
Michael Hill screwed us and gave us the wrong part # for prize cube lights so we received lights for a Big Choice crane instead. I even sent pictures of the bulbs to him.
We have not received the flood light for NBA hoops as of 8/22/16

It's been one week and no Ballast for Hot Shot. Please get one this week.
Can we get an update on the other lights please? Is there a tracking # for the NBA hoops lights?

No tracking provided for NBA hoops. Will follow up with Betson Monday to check tracking.
We may have to purchase a ballast locally or online. I will check to see if Peter can order one from Amazon.

Installed flood lights in NBA hoops. We did receive one from Betson it seems. The rest were purchased locally AFAIK.
All stations now have floods.
