2 new hard drives received. Installation did not resolve issue (we need new CPUs.)
One seems to not POST (no video output) and the other has major artifacting. The first cabinet had artifacting before it stopped POSTing so it is possible both video cards are bad.
I e-mailed Hiro-san for clarification as to whether or not we are to receive new PCs.

Per Stephen, through Shinji, from Mori:
We are getting two new pcs ordered for DDR A, tracking numbers pending. We cannot switch out parts for them as that would cause a conflict with our licensing agreement.

One of the DDR Ace 1 PCs came in and has been installed in the left cabinet. It is now up and ready to go. But we are still waiting on the other one for the right cabinet.

both cabinets are running fine now as of 9/9/2016 however the right cabinet is in offline mode
shinji said its a konami issue and if its not resolved by the 12th we will talk to mori-san about it in person

Both cabinets are 100% and both are online.
