Please remember to down the swipers on games that are unplayable.
Issue: Force feedback error (?)
Force Feedback motor tested 8/20/2016.
Motor seems fine (Tested with a 24v power supply, but the motor is 100v.) Has adequate power for force feedback and no loose/rough spots when turning.
We are in the process of troubleshooting the game and will update with more info later today.

Swapped force feedback boards between both games. Force feedback is functional on both cabinets. Possible bad connection to force feedback board that was resolved during the swap thanks to re-seating the connectors.
Game is still on the games down list as it does not calibrate. We need to look into a pot issue.

Nada. I don't think parts were actually ordered . . . . I am getting the run around on this game as well. The game is Wahlap so we should go through Sega. Mori says that Namco handles this game and to go through them. Namco claims they don't and to talk to BMI. I don't think we deal with BMI at all when it comes to games. I've never heard of anyone ordering parts through BMI.
I will follow up with Rios today to see whats up. He wanted to handle Overtake and Storm Racer.

I got in contact with Wahlap. Parts are being ordered 9/30/16. PO has been sent to Hiro-San for approval.
Once ordered they can take 2 weeks + to come in.
