Swapped motor harnesses between cabinets 3 + 4.
Issue stays with the cabinet - the motor has most likely gone out.
There is a diode or resistor in the middle of the harness that gets EXTREMELY hot when on the cabinet that is not functioning which further points to a motor issue.
Pending action: Swap motors between cabinets 3 + 4.
