Two of our NBA hoops are down because they were not dispensing tickets correctly in the process of ordering two boards.

2 boards ordered. Betson is closed over the weekend so the order will most likely be placed on Monday 10/10/16.

2 boards received and installed 10/13/16 by Chris.
Station 4 is now working.
Station 3 would not dispense tickets when the new board was installed. Chris fixed the issue, but it came back on 10/14/16. The ticket meter does not tick up either, so the main board is not giving off the ticket signal. Will contact ICE and get a replacement.
